Smoke Modern Barbecue occupies a remodeled brick building that housed the former Glenwood Springs bowling alley. Open steel trusses and wood roof rafters create an industrial aesthetic, warmers by the finish materials and textures. The south wall of the existing structure was opened to the alley and historically colorful painted brick wall through large storefront glass.
