L A K O T A + ranch

The conceptual idea for the residence at Lakota Ranch was to create a dynamic response to the main feature of the site.  The cliff band and the golf course fairway to the northeast is captured in a uniquely elemental way that sets the home apart form its neighbors.  The sloping wall of glass that gently rises to the north to highlight the view while creating a dynamic and exciting form.  This subtle insertion of a creative component opens the interior of the house to the north and east.
