River Valley + R A N C H
The house at River Valley Ranch combines a main house a smaller Mother-in-Law house. The two buildings are sited to create a sense of approach and entry while establishing private outdoor spaces for each structure. The traditional forms are infused with dynamic, contemporary elements and bold colors to create a defined juxtaposition. The circular Kitchen of the main house acts as its hub with all public spaces organized about its central location.
